Post Export actions are performed on exported files after they are exported from Aperture.
Add to Keynote Presentation will add the exported files to a Keynote presentation, with title and body text taken from that Version's metadata.
This action will load up a Keynote presentation set up by you as a template. For each Version, a new slide will be created at the end of the slideshow, the exported Version will be added to the middle of the slide and nudged into position and the title and body text of the slide will be set according to the metadata you choose.
Finally, the Keynote presentation will be saved using the name you have chosen.
This action requires quite a lot of setting up.

Step 1. Prepare a Keynote presentation that will be used as a template by Aperture Assistant. You can add up to nine intro slides with logos etc, but the final slide should use a Master Slide set up in the way you want all the images to look, for instance you might want to have the body text box in two columns along the bottom of the slide, leaving room for the image above it.
Point the Action Node towards this presentation file and pick a name for the new file.
Step 2. Make sure you have a suitable export preset set up in Aperture, for instance one limited to 990 x 640px to leave some room on a 1024 x 768px slide.
Step 3. Enter tokens for the title and body text. You can either type the tokens in manually or copy and paste from a Text Node.
Step 4. Choose which slide to copy the Master Slide layout from using the drop-down menu.
Step 5. The images will be added to the middle of each slide, so you need to work out the horizontal and vertical offsets and enter them in the bottom two boxes. The diagram on the right of the offset values is not yet enabled.
Note 1 - one Keynote presentation will be created for each Node, so to create multiple presentations in a single workflow you will need to use multiple Nodes.
Note 2 - you must have used an Export action earlier on in the workflow for there to be any exported files to work on.
Note 3 - this action has only been tested with Keynote 4, and requires 'access for assistive devices' to be turned in the Universal Access pane in System Preferences.
